Senior Banking Associate

The role will be a wide ranging one, covering all types of lending and security transactions, across the board from straightforward to most complex. it will have a leaning towards insolvency but you will need to be able to deal withall legal documentation and offer clients practical and detailed specialist advice on areas as varied as infrastructure and project finance, energy finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and restructuring and general corporate borrowing.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified lawyer with a good level of pqe and experience in some or all of the areas noted above, in particular restructuring work. Your interpersonal skills will be very good and you will be able to come into an existing team and deal with junior and senior lawyers alike. You will have the opportunity to business develop and this will be encouraged. The successful candidate will have excellent drafting, negotiation and supervision skills and will be comfortable running his/her own matters and dealing with all necessary issues arising there from.
