Seeking a bright and driven Banking Lawyer2 PQE to join the team in London. You should have a good working knowledge of the recent legislative changes, and a real interest in the development of leveraged finance and sponsor banks.You will be expected to provide day to day advice under appropriate supervision. The role also will involve drafting a range of documentation, and providing transaction support.

Who we're looking for
•Good experience from within a respected firm; Magic Circle or top tier.
•Good level of academic achievement
• Ability to demonstrate involvement and contribution to practice development, strong communication skills
• Proactive approach to technical development
• To liaise closely with other teams within the Firm as and when necessary
• To foster and maintain long term working relationships with existing clients
• To identify and pursue opportunities for securing fresh instructions through existing client relationships, tenders and approaches to prospective clients
• To promote the department, office and Firm
