The Head of Motor Sales is responsible for implementing the sales and distribution strategy of the company. This includes the strategy for both captive channels (i.e. bank branches, branches of affiliated banks, direct sales force, call centre, online) and third-party channels (i.e. other banks, brokers, car dealers, registration centres, etc.). The Head of Motor Sales is also responsible for establishing relationships and negotiating contracts with distribution partners, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. He/she will work with other functions to ensure distribution activities support the overall company strategy.
Who we're looking for
Ability to understand the intricacies of various distribution models in order to develop strategies to support the growth of the company and its strategic vision Previous experience in selling Motor insurance products Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to reconcile competing priorities while meeting organizational objectives Strong managerial skills and the ability to handle a large set of diverse responsibilities Distinctive leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and focus a large organization in order to implement significant cultural and operational changes Ability to build credibility with the internal team as well as the field which will be necessary in order to develop and execute a successful and coordinated distribution strategy
