Corporate Finance Manager

Key responsibilities of the role:
• Manage the day-to-day aspects of transactions including preparation of client ready documentation, managing interaction with prospective purchasers or investors, liaising with other professional advisors and undertaking general transaction management;

• Identify and evaluate prospective purchasers/targets (often by leveraging the global network). In addition, the candidate would be expected to develop a network of professional contacts in the local market place;

• Assist in pitching for new work, including the preparation and presentation of documentation;

• Produce / analyse / review financial models and business information;

• Manage the preparation of preliminary pricing assessments to be used in business development or tactics discussions using appropriate valuation tools;

• Report to clients and senior members of the team on transaction progress; and

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Who we're looking for
• ACA or equivalent,
• A strong understanding of corporate finance processes is essential including knowledge and experience of:

· buy and sell side transactions

· private equity processes

· key legal documents used in transaction work

· key banking documentation and terms

· primary valuation methodology

· financial and operating models

• You must have excellent business acumen/commercial awareness.
