The Tax Associate role offers the successful candidate an outstanding opportunity to progress to partner level within the firm overt he next 2 years. The role requires the successful candidate to manage the tax function of the practice, responsible for the tax compliance for both personal tax clients and corporate tax clients. The role also requires the candidate to grow the tax department in accordance with the firms ambitious growth plans over the following years.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the Tax Associate role will have the following skill set:
• Hold a professionallytax qualification,ideally CTA
• Be experienced in all aspects of tax
• Have management experience and be a proven leader
• Have the ability to develop the tax team and grow the revenue in accordance with the firms growth plans
• Have the ambition to progress to partner level in the medium term

What's on offer
Base salary of £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience plus benefits package.
