You will receive training on the basics of retail before moving into our store management operations. Our store managers take ultimate responsibility for their staff and the overall success of their store and our deputy store managers give the store manager day-to-day managerial support, working together as a management team to achieve key business goals. In either role, success will depend on excellent customer service, people skills and a practical hands-on approach to retail.
