Recognition

EA encourage a work hard/play hard attitude. Everyone in the organisation works hard to help EA maintain our leadership position in the industry. As for playing hard, EA definitely take the time to recognise successes and mark special milestones with special events. Employee achievement is recognised on a quarterly and annual basis.

Here is a summary of the various recognition schemes in place at EA:

Milestone Awards Program - When reaching a five, 10, or 15 year anniversary with the company, you can choose from a selection of milestone awards.

Star Performers - employees are rewarded on an ad-hoc basis for exceeding expectations on a day to day basis or for doing something outstanding.

Publishing Quarterly ACTION Awards - employees are nominated by their peers and managers for contributions measured against our ACTION values.

Annual Awards - employees are recognised for their outstanding achievements over the previous year.

Other events include the Christmas Party, the annual family barbecue and an internal FIFA Competition.
