Business Structure/Graduate Programme

Twinings joins with other ABF Grocery businesses in the graduate programmes to offer real jobs and early responsibility for high-calibre people who are committed to a career in FMCG. This means you get to experience the business challenges from the word go and the opportunity to input your fresh ideas.

The scheme offers scope to experience one of three functional areas within Twinings: Sales, Marketing or Supply. Through joint workshops, secondments or project work, you’ll also gain valuable insight into other businesses within ABF Grocery; these include Ryvita, Silver Spoon, G Costa or Allied Bakeries.

Why Twinings?

As well as working with premium, market-leading brands, there are 5 key aspects that support your development and your success in the scheme:

  • You're recruited to work for your chosen business and are engaged with your Line Manager from the outset of your programme;
  • You're given a real job and functional exposure;
  • You learn from others on the scheme through shared experiences and your ABF graduate network;
  • You gain valuable off job training as part of your skills development;
  • You're supported by a mentor from another business within ABF in addition to your Line Manager support.
