We recruit functional heads and board level executives at salary levels of £80,000 and above across our industry and functional practices. Our core business falls within the base salary range of £80,000-£250,000 although we regularly operate at levels above this. We aim to be the leading provider of Executive recruitment services in this so-called "marzipan" layer. We believe that we are more flexible, transparent and determined than some of our more established counterparts.
