Case Study
A US CLO firm approached us to set up their operation in the London Leveraged Finance sector. Following a thorough search of the market, we identified approximately 25 people from around 20 of the leading financial institutions in London.
The firm met seven candidates in London and offered one, who was delighted to accept. Since then, we have added a further two Director level people and two further Analysts. When combined with employees brought over from the US office, the total operation in London now comprises eight people.
