Case Study
We were recently approached to identify, approach and short-list a Managing Director for a UK-listed construction group. The role was a critical one for the business as it was responsible for running the major division of the group following a recent strategic review and restructuring of the business. It was important to be able to identify candidates with exact proven track-record in their sector and to be able to move quickly.
We completed a thorough market-mapping exercise covering over 80% of the relevant marketplace within six weeks of being appointed. From the initial screening we interviewed 15 prospective candidates to arrive at a strong short-list. The successful appointment was made within 12 weeks of the initial briefing.
