A VC backed retailer approached us with a requirement for a Finance Director who had previously worked in a private equity retail environment. A combined search and web advertised selection methodology was utilised. Our research team identified 40 target companies of the correct turnover size and the web advertisement attracted a significant number of high quality responses. A short list of 6 candidates was presented to our client, three of which went to third interview stage and the process resulted in a successful hire.
