Case Study
A prominent subsidiary of a FTSE 250 plc approached us to discuss the possibility of recruiting a new Senior Finance team for them. This involved recruiting a Financial Director and Financial Controller. The suggested strategy involved a combination of targeted search form their specific sector and the placement of a Financial Times advert, which would target relevant candidates form outside of the sector. Due to this we were able to put forward a high quality shortlist of six candidates for each position and both roles were successfully placed within six weeks of the start of the assignment
