Case Study
Having recruited the FD for this FTSE 200, our client decided that a new Group Treasurer was also required. A combined search and selection methodology was decided upon on the basis of urgency of requirement and incumbent restrictions. Circa 60 targets were identified.
A long list of ten candidates was presented to our client, six of which interviewed resulting in the hiring of a new Treasurer who balanced the current treasury needs of the organisation with it’s future growth requirements.
