Case Study

A leading property services business approached us to assist in recruiting a new HR Director. The client business was entering a phase of growth and development and as a result needed to appoint a commercially driven HR Director to build a HR function that would focus heavily on all aspects of talent management.

This was a sensitive assignment and client anonymity needed to be maintained. As a result an executive search was undertaken Assisted by the in house research team a target list of organisations was agreed with the client and HR Directors were approached. This methodology yielded a shortlist of five candidates generated over a three week period. After a series of client interviews a HR Director was appointed. Given the success the CEO of this property services business has now instructed Michael Page to undertake other senior level recruitment mandates.
