- 'combinations of integrated content, technology and services that are embedded in a customer's workflow'
Recent years have seen LexisNexis expand its portfolio of products to become a 'full service' organisation, offering basic online products through to professional services and customised solutions. The company has invested heavily in developing technological driven solutions serving major customers within the legal, corporate, tax and public sector.
Our customers will increasingly require best-in-class workflow applications featuring integrated content and a customised level of service. LexisNexis is in a unique position to capitalise on these requirements.
We have acquired market leading software, in which we will integrate our unsurpassed content to provide our customers distinct advantages over the competition. There are software vendors and there are content providers: we can do both.
Following the re-launch of the company’s legal online service in 2005 on an award-winning global platform, workflow applications are increasingly important to LexisNexis strategy. Workflow solutions consist of software tools that improve efficiency and compliance in legal firms and other corporate and public sector organisations. LexisNexis is able to boast a strong portfolio of workflow applications that meet customer needs in the key areas of client development, research, compliance and increased productivity.
These ‘four pillars’ of activity contain value propositions that solve our customers’ biggest problems and resonate with our clients at board level.
As an example of this market winning strategy, LexisNexis is now the leading provider of workflow based solutions and CRM systems to the UK legal sector, with over half of the top 50 firms using LexisNexis InterAction.
