About the Territory Management Academy
Territory Management is a challenging yet rewarding role and gives you exposure to every aspect of our Retail operation. As a company we aim to develop and promote staff internally and this programme is designed to support employees who want to further their career in our Retail network.
The Territory Manager Academy was created in 2007 and is a 6 month programme aimed at existing TOTAL employees. Over the 6 months we run a series of specially tailored courses which you attend in conjunction with your current job in order to prepare you for Territory Management. By the end of the programme you will have developed your technical competency plus your skills for managing people and will be in an excellent position for any forthcoming TM roles which may arise!
