The Managerial role
If you are interested in people management, after proving yourself as a successful consultant, you’ll take advantage of our competency based management development programme. Then, as a Manager you’ll be responsible for developing a team of consultants and profitability of your team. From a Manager’s position, you can potentially progress to Director level, a role involving group-wide initiatives and the management of several teams.
The international route
