Board level roles remain steady

2010 was a positive year in terms of activity for our Executive & Search Division.

What has been most pleasing are the senior cross-disciplined roles that have been worked on last year in a selection of differing sectors.

The Traditional Public and Not-for-Profit arena still continues to create opportunity even with the obvious economic cuts that are being imposed and the Financial Services and Banking sector is now producing a steady stream of high profile appointments as we hopefully move to economic recovery.

Scotland SMEs are showing recovery and fighting hard to work through this difficult period. This again has provided opportunity for us to offer advice and our services in finding exceptional candidates.

Never has it been more poignant that organisations require the need to have strong leaders within their business and this has been reflected throughout the year in our consultative approach to the Scottish marketplace.

The strength of our candidate and client relationships and our experience has also allowed us to be very well placed through a testing period.
