Remuneration

For these roles, dependant on technical competence, remuneration will be highly competitive in accordance with our company grading structure.

Pension Scheme

As a member of the Scheme you will enjoy a range of benefits designed to suit you and your family both now and in the future. The Level 100+ Scheme provides a pension when you retire.

The Scheme provides a pension based on two elements - a final salary element, which reflects your salary near to retirement, and a money purchase element, which builds up from your contributions and any returns from investment choices, which you can select.

Holiday

Employees will enjoy a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days, increasing thereafter.

Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Parental Leave

Land Systems Munitions offer a maternity entitlement of up to 26 weeks, irrespective of length of service. Upon completion of maternity leave, employees will have the option of returning to work on reduced hours equivalent to 60% of standard hours for the first 13 weeks in order to assist in re-acclimatising to work. Pay and benefits will be adjusted to reflect actual working hours if the option is taken up.

Paternity, Adoption, Parental and dependent leave are all covered within our work life balance policy, in some cases dependant upon length of service and business unit requirements.
