The Crown Commercial Services or CCS

CSS RM6160 Non Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staffing or NCS

RM6160 replaced the old NMNC framework in 2019 and is provided by CCS. This framework is free to use and available to over 50,000 organisations and contracting authorities in the UK. It is specifically for temporary staffing and Statement of Work (SoW), allowing customers to easily engage with an affiliated recruitment provider such as PageGroup. This framework was designed and is perhaps most applicable for more specialist hires, or where a client would like ultimate control of their recruitment.

CSS RM6002 Permanent Recruitment Solutions

PageGroup is one of only 51 suppliers to be approved and provide service across admin and clerical, Corporate as well as tech and digital. RM6002 is a very easy way to procure professionals into the public sector and was designed to help support the Government's desire to become the most inclusive employer in the UK by 2020.

CCS Digital Outcomes & Services 4 (DOS4)

This agreement helps the public sector buy, design, build and deliver digital outcomes by finding appropriate specialists to deliver agile software development.

We deliver services via our Page Outsourcing Business as it requires a specialist approach rather than that of a standard recruitment company. Having Page Outsourcing as a separate sister organisation allows us to offer our clients a different kind of solution.

ESPO - Consultancy & Professional Services Framework

ESPO is not limited to the East of England, as anyone in the UK can access their frameworks. ESPO is a public sector owned professional buying organisation, offering a 25,000-product catalogue, over 120 frameworks, and bespoke procurement contracts.

The Agency Labour & Recruitment Framework

This framework is delivered by Cirrus Consortium and covers the provision of temporary and permanent staff, including interim placements. The framework was undertaken as an open tender procedure, as detailed in regulation 27 of the UK statutory instrument Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102.

Nepro3 - Consultancy & Professional Services Framework

The NEPRO vendor neutral managed service solution was established by NEPO in 2012 to help public sector buyers appoint and manage specialist professional services, whilst achieving better outcomes and improving value for money.

Key points to note:

  • RM6002, RM6160 & Strategic HR Services can be used quickly and easily and don't require engagement via an MSP, MV or Portal.
  •  All frameworks listed are free to use and you don’t have to sign up.
  • They're open to a variety of full or part publicly owned organisations and can be used across the UK to include all areas of Scotland, either by a direct award or competition.
  • You remain in charge of your recruitment.
  • PageGroup understands the process can look daunting, so have a central framework specialist for you to speak with about your needs.

We have engaged with these frameworks to provide real cost savings to the public sector. We hope this will result in new opportunities to support with multi-discipline and/or multi-regional recruitment whether that be for BAU requirements or campaigns/projects.
