Job Description

  • Lead and coach the Human Resources team
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes
  • Support current and future business needs through workforce planning
  • Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a strong company culture
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

The Successful Applicant

A successful 12 Month FTC HR Manager should have:

  • Proven working experience in a human resources managerial position within the professional services industry.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong leadership and people management skills and able to manage c-suite level business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
