Job Description

  • AD permission management
  • O365 administration
  • Mimecast administration
  • Avaya System Manager administration
  • Manage IT help-desk calls to ensure all are dealt with in a timely manner and documented correctly
  • Evaluate business needs ensuring IT solutions in place are met
  • Plan and manage desk moves
  • Maintain work relationships with vendors and 3rd party providers
  • Ensure smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and remote monitoring
  • Keep up-to-date with latest technologies

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years experience in an IT support role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ability to solve practical problems
  • follow strict procedures
  • Strong IT skills
  • experience in troubleshooting office networks
  • Knowledge of AD / O365 including outlook
  • knowledge on terminal services, network infrastructure and network patching
  • Knowledge of MS products including MS Office 265
  • Knowledge of Avaya or a similar VOIP system - not essential
