Job Description
- AD permission management
- O365 administration
- Mimecast administration
- Avaya System Manager administration
- Manage IT help-desk calls to ensure all are dealt with in a timely manner and documented correctly
- Evaluate business needs ensuring IT solutions in place are met
- Plan and manage desk moves
- Maintain work relationships with vendors and 3rd party providers
- Ensure smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and remote monitoring
- Keep up-to-date with latest technologies
The Successful Applicant
- 1-2 years experience in an IT support role
- Excellent communication skills
- ability to solve practical problems
- follow strict procedures
- Strong IT skills
- experience in troubleshooting office networks
- Knowledge of AD / O365 including outlook
- knowledge on terminal services, network infrastructure and network patching
- Knowledge of MS products including MS Office 265
- Knowledge of Avaya or a similar VOIP system - not essential
