About Our Client
1st Line Support (French Speaking) - Lancashire
A market leading technology business that have grown rapidly over the last 2 years and have many customers in the FT250.
Job Description
- Provide detailed advice and guidance to customers in the use of systems, products, and services covered by the team, demonstrates knowledge to non-standard situations.
- Identify complex problems to diagnose underlying causes and help customers to recover and continue operation
- For any requests that cannot be resolved immediately, provide an effective interface between customers and service providers supplying all necessary diagnostic information, according to established procedures
- Ensure to follow the processes for ticket management: opening, updating, passing, resolving and closing tickets, and identify and address through training any knowledge/skills gaps.
The Successful Applicant
- Level B2 or higher in French-speaking
- Have worked on a Technical Support Desk
- Strong ability to communicate with staff at varying levels
- Hardware and software deployment experience
- Good attention to detail
