About Our Client

1st Line Support (French Speaking) - Lancashire

A market leading technology business that have grown rapidly over the last 2 years and have many customers in the FT250.

Job Description

  • Provide detailed advice and guidance to customers in the use of systems, products, and services covered by the team, demonstrates knowledge to non-standard situations.
  • Identify complex problems to diagnose underlying causes and help customers to recover and continue operation
  • For any requests that cannot be resolved immediately, provide an effective interface between customers and service providers supplying all necessary diagnostic information, according to established procedures
  • Ensure to follow the processes for ticket management: opening, updating, passing, resolving and closing tickets, and identify and address through training any knowledge/skills gaps.

The Successful Applicant

  • Level B2 or higher in French-speaking
  • Have worked on a Technical Support Desk
  • Strong ability to communicate with staff at varying levels
  • Hardware and software deployment experience
  • Good attention to detail
