About Our Client

My client is a Microsoft Gold partner MSP based in Bristol who are looking to help shape their customers' IT estates towards cloud and serverless solutions.

Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and providing timely technical support
  • Provide support to key client stakeholders (VIPs, Directors & IT Managers)
  • Take ownership of problems through to resolution, including escalations
  • Delivering overflow resource to the projects team including client onboarding
  • Complete backup checks and resolve proactive alerts

The Successful Applicant

  • 2 - 5 years' experience in IT Support (MSP experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Technical knowledge of core Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, O365, Hyper-v, Azure)
  • A highly-motivated individual who loves being part of a team and learning new skills
  • Excellent communication & confidence
  • The ability to offer innovative solutions to problems
  • The ability to offer strategic recommendations to clients
  • Drive to deliver a human customer experience
  • Build high quality purposeful documentation
  • Pride in delivering excellent service to clients
  • A desire to continually improve
