Job Description

Primarily face-to-face 2nd level end-user desktop, server support for London and global offices

Support of our global telephony system,

Administration of Office 365, CitrixMimecast, Intune, Autopilot (whiteglove) SCCM, WDS as well as other applications such as Mimecast

Escalating IT issues to various internal and external 3rd party support teams where necessary

Undertaking small to medium sized IT projects

Ensuring all asset records for equipment and users are maintained

Incident and problem management for service desk related tickets

Documentation of known issues into our shared knowledgebase

Participate in the shifts and "On-Call Out-of-Hours" rota

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 2 years' commercial experience in a helpdesk / IT support role essential

Relevant support experience in an ITIL based service desk environment

Experience in administration / troubleshooting of Office 365, Azure, Mimecast

Win 7 / Win 10 / Win 2016 Server and 2019 Server

Microsoft Office 365 and Intune knowledge (be able to demonstrate deployment concepts)

Laptop and Desktop hardware connectivity (VPN, Routers, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls)

Citrix, Published App and Desktop ▪ Azure - Active Directory (AAD Connect)

Application support

Mimecast, Mailflow, mail hygiene knowledge

Mitel. SIP Trunk, and call routing knowledge
