Job Description
- Work with the Account Manager to support sales growth in line with the business plan
- Assist with the retention of existing customer accounts
- Customer satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining and developing excellent relationships with key players and stakeholders within each customer organisation and sector
- Working closely with Internal Warehouse and Logistics operations
- Maintaining excellent internal relationships with key operational colleagues
- General administration duties
The Successful Applicant
- Previous knowledge of logistics/supply chain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience of influencing and persuading operational teams
- Full understanding of Microsoft Office applications
