About Our Client
Our client is an award winning cleaning specialist in property management whose portfolio include a number of high profile land mark buildings in London.
Understanding and getting to know all Clients across the portfolio.
Hold monthly, quarterly and annual meetings Clients.
Continued recruitment and selection of a strong and responsive team.
Monitoring levels of service according to Client's individual KPI's.
Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures are being adhered to.
Financial control across all areas of Operations.
Oversee the management of Subcontractors and Suppliers on a regular basis.
Regular communication with the Head Office team and Senior Directors.
Carry out price increases, contract refreshments and re organisation projects.
Attend and take part in sales presentations for prospective clients as well as
Presentations to current clients on reviews and re-tenders.
The Successful Applicant
Knowledge of the Cleaning Industry is essential.
Proven experience in managing large buildings and multiple contracts.
Strong financial understanding - this is an open book account and experience in this
Area is essential.
Ability to cost contracts and prepare costing documents.
Experience in dealing with challenging clients.
