About Our Client
My client is one of the world's leading technology companies focusing on a range of consumer and business-related technology solution across the world. This role sits within their thriving mobile division working with one of there top tier accounts.
The Account Director role will be to:
- To own, retain and grow strategic relationships positioning the business as the trategic business partner of choice across all of the clients propositions into market.
- Own and grow the full commercial interaction with the enterprise - taking full accountability of forecasting, sell in, commercial propositions by segment, new market commercial propositions and sell out strategy.
- Lead a dedicated team of 2 Channel Development Managers (SMB & Enterprise), as well as a virtual team of marketing, technical support and commercial support teams to exceed growth and engagement objectives
- The candidate will need to demonstrate strong experience as a Senior Account Director/Business Leader working in this sector providing technology or technology solutions in the telco or mobile space.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Account Director will have
- Background in Mobile or telco either from hardware or operator side
- Ideally has a background with a major consumer brand and has a strong B2B understanding
- Has exposure to senior stakeholder management and develops strong relationships
- Flexible - able to work in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
- Able to be resilient and work in a pressurised environment
- Analytical - Great attention to detail and able to identify and build the business case & rationale for new opportunities. As well as a strong ability to build executive reports that make an impact and deliver the key messages and strategy
- Excellent influencing skills and proven track record in using these skills to drive successful business results.
- Self-motivated - can work well alone but also cooperates with others, passionate, committed
