Job Description

- Become a trusted partner with each allocated customer, approx 30 accounts

- Protect existing revenues whilst generating additional revenues

- Manage every aspect of the sales cycle, from initial preparation and customer engagement through to deal closure and handover to delivery

- Understand the competitive landscape you are operating in, be capable of positioning the company to win by emphasising differentiators

- Contribute to the evolution of product/service roadmaps in your market, by identifying repeatable customer challenges that can be profitably addressed

- Demonstrate working knowledge of other products/services to support the generation of cooperative pipeline for other business units

- Maximise revenue recognition by constructing optimal commercials terms

- Develop and manage campaigns to proactively identify revenue opportunities in the customer base

- Interact effectively with peers and key stakeholders

- Build, then execute an account plan to explain how you will maximise the return from the customers and product/solution whitespace in your territory

- Ensure quality relationships with all customers, maintaining and increasing reference sites

The Successful Applicant

- Experience in a SAAS / Software environment

- Experience of building relationships with high value accounts and stakeholders

- Knowledge of a technical sales cycle

- Ability to navigate customer accounts and connect with decision makers
