About Our Client
The Company: Our client is a market leading £Billion turnover business, boasting excellent sales and development opportunities. Offering a complete textile rental and laundry service, they sell specialist clothing as well as cleaning and hygiene equipment. They are focused on company growth both throughout the UK and internationally, now looking for a commercial account manager join their 80+ workforce in the UK.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts across the Midlands. Based from home or the local depot, you will be looking to deliver great service, build relationships, deal with contract renewals and upsell new services to a range of clients that are based within industry sectors such as industrial, catering, healthcare, food and beverage manufacturers. You will be working with SME businesses and will be tasked with generating at least 12 appointments per week, typical decision makers are finance, procurement and operations. This is a highly consultative account management role, a great position for an individual that enjoys developing relationships, managing a territory and dealing with accounts that have several decision makers to influence.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 2 years B2B field sales experience minimum and a proven track record in managing and growing existing accounts
- Candidates who have sold a service or solution are preferred
- Organised, credible, highly personable and DRIVEN character
- Driving license
