First Intuition Reading are looking to expand their friendly tutor team. The role will suit energetic and motivated team-players who enjoy the rewards of helping others reach their potential.
As a tutor your primary role will be to deliver effective learning within the accountancy qualifications. Your core time will be split between classroom-based lectures, online lectures & forums and student support & development.
The role allows a high degree of flexible working, in terms of both working from home (when not delivering classroom based courses) and flexible working hours.
As the business continues to grow it is expected that your role will develop and change scope over time, allowing you to progress your career and develop into the areas of the business that most interest you. First Intuition always look to utilise employee's skillsets, ambitions and future career plans.
Although based in Reading, there will be some travel to deliver courses in the Southampton office.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of team-spirit and enjoy being part of the strategic decision-making of the organisation.
No teaching experience is necessary, but we are equally delighted to hear from experienced tutors. Candidates will possess an accountancy qualification (ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA) and have the desire to teach and develop, whether this is a new career move or a life's passion.
What's on Offer
Depending on experience, this role will offer a salary in the range of £45,000 to £55,000 basic salary. In addition to this, benefits will include a bonus (based on company and individual performance), employer pension contribution, private medical healthcare, 32 days annual leave, training and support.
