Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant will be to:

  • co-ordinate banking receipts & payments
  • allocate customer cash transactions
  • collate and input supplier invoices
  • administer customer and supplier statements
  • reconcile credit card transactions
  • deliver customer invoices
  • manage landed cost and nominal reconciliations
  • maintain bank reconciliations and revaluations
  • safeguard fixed asset additions
