Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with tax computations and submissions, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on financial matters and business planning.
  • Support junior team members by offering guidance and reviewing their work.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Assist with monthly and annual reporting tasks within the accounting and finance department.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and legislation.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the department to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Senior should have:

  • A relevant qualification or part-qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
