Job Description
- Assisting in execution of mandated deals
- Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Gathering public information through numerous sources
- Creating financial model analyses
- Generating dividend discount models and other models for valuation metrics
- Building company forecast models
- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side and/or financing assignments
The Successful Applicant
- A proven track record in an Investment Banking Corporate Finance team with exposure to real estate
- Any market coverage is fine, but strong track record will be expected.
- Strong Financial Modelling skills
