About Our Client
AJ120 architectural studio with a reputation for being pioneers within industrial design, masterplanning, commercial and commercial sectors, which they have gained through embracing new technologies and methods of construction.

This is a critical role within the business as you will be partnering very closely a key client, in fulfilling their Architectural requirements for new builds, fit-outs and refurb. All work is produced in revit so previous experience using it on live projects is key. You will be focusing very much on front end design work through RIBA 0-3, where you will be encouraged to highlight innovations within the industry to best realise their brief and vision. You'll look after everything on your projects through feasibility, planning, coordinating with specialist consultants and production of technical information.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified Architect with between 2 & 6 years experience post pIII. You will have experience working on a range of projects, ideally within the commercial, industrial and mixed-use sectors. Alongside this:
- An ability to establish a strong rapport with the client and fellow team members;
- Experience of working successfully with end users and clients
- An ability to work under pressure and alongside the client on a day-to-day basis
- Demonstrating a pro-active and assertive attitude
- Being constantly mindful of the technical delivery when designing projects
- An ability to feedback lessons learnt from design into delivery and vice versa
