Job Description

The Key Responsibilities of The Area Sales Manager:

  • Responsible for early engagement of projects in design and tracking them in CRM from bidding to closure
  • Regularly identifies, qualifies and converts new project leads to CRM and into project tracking pipeline
  • Identifies and influences design choices with key influencers on projects to sell strengths and solutions that satisfy customer needs
  • Relies on extensive market & industry experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • Responsible for fostering relationship with all key influencers who would specify CS products
  • Prepares and submits periodic reports on measurements of activities, sales volume, expenses, etc., for the National Sales Manager.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Area Sales Manager:

  • Have a background in building materials or construction products
  • Ideally have a minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Have a 'hunter' mentality
  • Be self-motivated
  • Be able to travel within the South West England, with most of your work revolving around the West London area
