Asset Manager

The Asset Engineering Manager would provide the management and technical skills to lead a team of Engineers and a variety of specialised contractors on a day-to-day basis providing operational maintenance & emergency response for all services.

They would be required to lead; plan and implement develop and deliver estate and engineering asset management and maintenance plans, associated professional and operational support services contributing to the delivery of the Infrastructure Strategy. Provide strategic management of the integrated facilities management operations across site.

• Develop and lead the asset strategy for the infrastructure on site
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the physical estate environment, engineering assets and physical resources and services to deliver the Infrastructure Strategy with a focus on asset and engineering management and maintenance.
• Proactively leads a team of managers and contractors, setting and communicating the correct standards and ensuring the required level of compliance is achieved
• Ensure asset and operational issues are diagnosed, reported and dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
• Design, instigate and lead performance reviews, supporting team members in fault finding, idea generation and implementation of identified improvements
