Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a small group of senior leaders.
  • Arrange international travel, complex multi-leg journeys, visas and accommodation etc..
  • Provide full and comprehensive support to leaders, in relation to dealing with shareholders and their assistants.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements for the department.
  • Maintain and organise legal files and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Monitor and manage incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects to aid the legal department's objectives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Experience in providing administrative or secretarial support in a professional setting.
  • C-Suite support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An adaptable and proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology or previous experience in a legal environment (desirable).
