Based in Reading, it offers a professional and people-focused working environment.Job DescriptionPrepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.Monitor and report on financial performance against key business objectives.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.Assist in cash flow management and financial modelling activities.Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.This role will report into thr current Finance Manager, who has been with the business for a number of years and been part of their growth journey- they're now looking to expand the team, and will look to build out a commercial finance function in the next few years.
