Job Description
- Market / Industry Analysis
- Search, screening and initial analysis of potential M&A targets
- Building financial models, creating presentations and investment valuations
- Support negotiating transactions with the owners/founders/management of M&A targets
- Monitoring performance of investments
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years from Investment Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital backgrounds
- In depth knowledge of financial modelling, Valuations and investment analysis
- Interest in TMT / E- Commerce Industries / Tech / Corporate finance
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Advanced use of Excel
