Job Description

  • Lead and manage audits for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all audit requirements are met within deadlines.
  • Provide expert advice on financial systems and controls to clients.
  • Assist in the development and training of junior team members.
  • Continuously improve audit processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in business development initiatives within the professional services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Manager should have:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA or similar.
  • Proven experience in managing audits and leading teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
