Map, build and test customer centric journeys and programs.

Utilise behavioural and personal data to produce effective targeted emails.
Identify opportunities where automation could improve engagement and conversion - reducing manual tasks and improving the customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Automation Campaign Specialist will have experience in the following:
Creating and delivering successful customer-centric email campaigns.
Gathering and utilising data to inform campaign plans
Working hands-on with Pardot.
Optimising images for online use (HTML)
Working across various internal stakeholders.
