Job Description

  • Advise clients on a variety of banking and finance matters, including lending, security, and restructuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents and agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive legal support to clients in relation to regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with due diligence processes during transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless legal services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking and finance regulations.
  • Support the development of client relationships through excellent service delivery.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide insights into current legal developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Banking Solicitor should have:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2-6 years PQE in banking, corporate, real estate or project finance
  • Experienced in commercial banking transactions, with strong technical and commercial awareness
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a drive for career progression
