Bar Staff - exclusive party venue

As a member of the Bar Staff team, your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take drink orders from customers.
• Provide recommendations and describe the different types of beverages available.Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Mix cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Ensure that all drinks are served promptly and with consistent quality.
• Process customer payments - cashless.
• Keep the bar area clean and organised.
• Wash glassware and utensils regularly.
• Monitor and restock bar supplies, such as alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other bar staff, kitchen staff, and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
• Encourage customers to try special promotions or recommend higher-margin items.
• Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
