Job Description
BI Analyst - Wealth ManagementThe organisation are looking for a business intelligence analyst to join their growing Data Team in Fareham.
You will collaborate across departments and be extremely passionate about data.
You will sit within the Data Team and work with technical and non-technical people across the whole company.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating with the business and end users to create intuitive BI Dashboards using Power BI
- Presenting and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Working with users to agree KPI definitions
- Turning business problems into data problems and demonstrate initiative by using existing data to solve real life problems
- Doing deep-dive analysis of data to generate new business insights
The Successful Applicant
BI Analyst - Wealth ManagementPreferred Skill-set:
- Has a degree level qualification (2:1 or higher)
- Has a can-do attitude - able to use initiative to bring about positive change and take initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve challenges with data
- Is good at quickly getting a grasp of any dataset
- Has strong data visualisation skills and experienced in using business intelligence tools (Power BI Strongly preferred)
- Has intermediate DAX skills
- Has advanced SQL & Excel skills
- Thrives on problem solving and able to suggest solutions
- Can communicate effectively and be comfortable communicating ideas to people at all levels across the firm
- Can distil a complex problem into a workable solution and implement it
What's on Offer
A basic salary of up to £50,000 plus excellent company benefits including private health-care and bonus.Hybrid working offered (1-2 days a week in the office)
