The company concerned are a consumer organisation, enjoying spectacular growth in a highly competitive category. They are a medium sized organisation, with a well-known product/brand. As a result of growth and a need to strengthen the marketing team, they are looking to hire a Brand Manager.
Key responsibilities will be as expected
Full mix role, responsible for both product & portfolio management, aswell as brand communications and activation.
Driving market share and sales through the implementation of the marketing plan and strategy.
Management of relevant agencies
Supporting the sales, digital & category team as appropriate
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who has experience of managing either a brand. Marketing products through retail and e-commerce channels is ideal, but we will look at candidates without that.
In addition, a self-starter, who is keen to learn, and organised enough to manage multiple projects.
