About Our Client

My client are a leading Events organisation with a range of portfolios, with Events around the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their team, focusing on Brand Marketing for conferences and exhibitions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, communicate and ensure effective delivery of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage customers and maximise retention to grow events.
  • Create the key messages, brand guidelines and tone of voice to be used for each event brand.
  • Map out customer value journey for key audience groups within each event, identifying and monitoring KPIs throughout to constantly optimise performance.
  • Initiate, develop and manage partnerships that benefit the event - including media partners, associations, affiliates, technology providers and other key stakeholders within the communities.
  • Support in training and equipping agencies, including PR, creative and digital marketing, to deliver against brand requirements and maintaining the consistency of brand assets and communications.
  • Work with internal teams, to map the size of the market for each event, identify opportunities to grow our customer database and work with the Head of Sector Marketing Operations to put together plans that ensure consistent growth.
  • Lead on any research & insight projects related to customer experience or brand development/enhancement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Brand marketing experience - identifying brand opportunities to managing and developing brand strategies.
  • Proven track record of implementing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Measurement and analysis of campaigns.
  • Partnership building and stakeholder engagement success.
  • Ability to measure effectiveness of channels to increase efficiency.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot and Salesforce ideally but not essential).
