Job Description

As the interim Budget Finance Manager you are responsible for:

  • Preparing budget bids for senior management, assessing outcomes met, advising staff on budgetary allocations, and prepare plans, explanatory papers and appropriate reports as required.
  • Work with budget managers to identify areas to make budget bids and cost savings
  • Budget setting and monitoring ( circa £35m)

The Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience.

You will have demonstrable experience of preparing budget bids and managing large budgets ( ESSENTIAL)

this is a full time role requiring 2-3 days per week in the office near Bedford.

What's on Offer

3-6 month contract paying £300-400 per day depending on experience.
