About Our Client
Large client-side property owner, with an incredibly varied portfolio spanning across the UK. Looking for someone to join their growing and dynamic team.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the development process from inception to completion
- Produce comprehensive reports on findings.
- Ensure all processes are carried out to the relevant regulations, on time and to budget
- Advise clients on potential repairs or maintenance projects.
- Effectively manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard
The Successful Applicant
- You will have a technical property background in Building Surveying
- You will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the success you have had
- You will hold a professional qualification such as MRICS in order to adhere to regulations and meet standards
- You will be able to deliver a high standard of work, on budget and on schedule
- Ideally will have experience dealing with client-side projects
